The project is being developed in collaboration with Carewell AG, a Swiss startup working in healthcare staffing and talent management. It focuses on modelling expert decision-making in healthcare staffing, with the goal of informing the design of a supervised autonomous talent-management agent. More specifically, I would like to study how Carewell’s Talent Managers make complex staffing decisions, including candidate selection, contract grouping, multi-criteria trade-offs, uncertainty management, and trust in system recommendations.
