Student: Looking for student
Project status: Open
Year: 2025
Observation:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is fundamentally changing the information and advisory landscape, around pension solutions offered by Mobiliar. This leads to the questions, what impact AI has on pension advice? And how does the interaction between humans and algorithms ideally work?
Inputs:
At Mobiliar, AI will sooner or later become an integral part of the consulting process. But how can it be used optimally for the benefit of their customers (esp. in ethical terms), and what will consulting look like in the future with full AI integration (e.g., impact on customers and employees).
Research Focus
The following points should be addressed in this thesis: Sharpen the role of humans; focus on customer needs; clarify ethical and moral guidelines; what is the consulting of the future; OpenPension as a technical enabler; AI consulting for customers throughout their entire life cycle; trust in AI agents: explanation of chances, risks, and opportunities; added value of employees vs. AI for customers; impact of technology on customers and employees; security in the consulting process for customers.
The goals
The goals are an AI-based consulting setup with properly defined AI use cases. To do this, the student must define human-cantered AI consulting to increase consulting efficiency and the efficiency of pension solutions.
